Who is Rano Air?

Rano Air started flying on 7 May 2023 between Kano, Abuja and Lagos, and later added northern cities. Its office is in Mabushi, Abuja.

On 8 May 2026 it paused several routes after the price of jet fuel rose by more than 300%, offering affected passengers a refund, a new date or another route. In May 2026 it had five Embraer 145 jets, three of them flying.

Where does Rano Air fly from Nigeria?

Since May 2026 Rano Air flies mainly between Kano, Abuja and Lagos. Its website still lists Sokoto, Maiduguri, Kaduna, Katsina, Bauchi, Warri and Gombe, but flights there were scaled down or paused in May 2026.
