You don't need to trust us: the airline can confirm your ticket in a minute.
- Find the six-character booking reference (PNR) and the 13-digit ticket number on your e-ticket.
- Go to the airline's own website or app and open Manage booking.
- Enter the booking reference and your surname. If the airline shows your name and flight, your ticket is real and confirmed.
With FlexPay the ticket is issued once you have paid in full, so the airline will only show it after that. That is normal at every agency.

If it's your first time, here's how to keep yourself 100% safe.
1. Start small with FlexPay

2. Verify your ticket on the airline website
After we issue your ticket, check it on the airline's own website with your booking reference (PNR) and surname. If it doesn't show up, contact us straight away.
3. Pay by card through Paystack
Card payments go through Paystack's secure page. If you pay by bank transfer, only use the account details SkyKoda gives you on the booking page or in your booking e-mail.
