Who is Aero Contractors?

Aero Contractors was formed in 1959 and is based at the private terminal of Murtala Muhammed domestic airport in Ikeja, Lagos. It is majority-owned by the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) and said in 2026 that it remains under receivership.

It flies Boeing 737 and Dash 8 aircraft. In July and August 2026 flight trackers showed Aero flights between Lagos and Abuja, Kano and Lagos, Calabar and Abuja, and Abuja and Benin City.
