Azman Air: is it still flying?
Azman Air was a Kano-based Nigerian airline that flew domestic routes from 2014 until it suspended operations in August 2024.
Azman Air has not flown since 3 August 2024 and has not announced a restart. Its flights cannot be booked on SkyKoda or anywhere else.

What happened to Azman Air?
Azman Air made its first commercial flight, Kano to Abuja, on 15 May 2014. It had several interruptions: the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority suspended its Boeing 737 operations for an audit in March 2021 and its air transport licence in 2022 over unpaid ticket sales charges, and it stopped flying in August 2023 before restarting with one Boeing 737 in April 2024.
From 1 August 2024 it put staff on unpaid leave with all its aircraft parked, and it has not flown since 3 August 2024. It said it would return in late 2024, but no restart has been announced, and the aviation data company CAPA lists it as having ceased operations.
