Book flights on WhatsApp: just chat, pay and get your ticket
With SkyKoda you can book a flight without using a website or an app. Send a WhatsApp message to 0810 782 0069, tell us where and when you want to fly, choose your flight in the chat, pay, and your e-ticket arrives in the same chat. It works for flights within Nigeria and abroad.
Chat on WhatsApp: 0810 782 0069
How booking on WhatsApp works
- Send a message to 0810 782 0069 on WhatsApp. Say where you are flying from and to, your travel date (and return date), and how many people are travelling.
- Choose your flight. You get flight options with the airline, times and the full price in naira, and you pick the one you want.
- Send the passenger names exactly as they appear on the passport or ID each person will travel with.
- Pay with the secure card payment link sent in the chat, or pay from 25% now with Pay Small Small.
- Get your e-ticket in the chat once you have paid in full. Keep it on your phone for check-in.
What you can do in the chat
- Domestic flights between Nigerian cities, for example Lagos to Abuja or Abuja to Enugu.
- International flights from Nigeria, for example to London, Dubai, Accra, Toronto or New York.
- Pay in parts with Pay Small Small (FlexPay): a deposit from 25% and the rest within 1 to 30 days, for a fee of 6% of the airline base fare.
- Receive your e-ticket in the chat.
- Check or change your booking by messaging the same number. Changes follow the airline's fare rules.
Why book by WhatsApp
- No app to download, no account to create and no long forms: if you can send a WhatsApp message, you can book a flight.
- It works well on a slow phone connection, because a chat uses far less data than a booking website.
- You talk to SkyKoda directly, so you can ask questions about baggage, times or paying in parts before you pay.
- Your booking, payment link and e-ticket stay together in one chat.
Paying safely
SkyKoda will only ever ask you to pay through the payment link sent in the chat from 0810 782 0069, or through Pay Small Small. Your ticket is issued once you have paid in full. After it is issued you can check it yourself: enter the six-character booking reference and your surname in "Manage booking" on the airline's website, or use SkyKoda's ticket check.
